Our mission is to arrange the most suitable and successful Au Pairs placements between the UK, Ireland and Francophone countries.

Founded five years ago,  Au Pairs Echange has built its excellent reputation on the high rate of success it has with arranging placements for families and Au Pairs alike.

Because we specialise specifically in Franco-British exchanges we are very familiar with the conditions and traditions in each country as well as their regulations.

Our bilingual personnel are always there to help and even mediate if problems arise.

Au Pairs Echange is a full member of IAPA, the International Au Pairs Association, which sets internationally acclaimed standards for all its members.
